Barry and Lorraine are a young couple who met in secondary school. They are both from a farming background and have always been interested in agriculture. They decided to do Agricultural Science in UCD.

Our Sheep’s cheese is easily digested highly nutritious and a healthy alternative to traditional cow’s cheese.

The cheese is manufactured onsite 2-4 times a week by Lorraine and Barry. The milk is pasteurised and cultures, lysozyme and rennet are added.
